Welcome to On2 Physical Therapy!
A site dedicated to my fellow salsa (and bachata) dancers out there looking for information on how these dances affect their bodies and what they can do keep dancing without injury.
After dancing and performing salsa for 19 years, I know how injuries and pain from improper technique or general deconditioning can prevent you from leading the dance life you want. I have dealt with it all and at times it has put my dancing on pause. I don’t want this for you. I want to help my fellow salsa dancers, avoid injury and provide general movement solutions so you can live your fullest dance life.
