• Unlike traditional insurance based physical therapy clinics, we assess all the areas that may be impacting your area of concern. For example, we know that knee pain is hardly ever a knee issue, which is why we also look at your hips, back, and ankles in every visit. We also focus on the root cause of your issue, not just the symptoms so your recover faster with less visits to physical therapy.

  • Since we will perform a full body movement assessment, please wear or bring gym clothes. Please no jeans.

  • Because our sessions are targeted and efficient, 85% of patients need 4 visits or less. We normally like to see you 2 weeks after your first visit and if everything is getting better, then 4 weeks after that.

  • Of course not! I treat anyone who is active and wants to remain that way. I specialize in dancers because of my background but everyone is welcomed!
